The Queensland Junior Medical Officer Forum Queensland (JMOF) is a group of junior doctors convened by the Postgraduate Medical Education Council of Queensland (PMCQ). The JMOF’s purpose is to discuss and advocate for medical education matters as they affect prevocational doctors. Membership (PGY 1 to 3) comprises representatives from most Queensland intern accredited facilities.
Portfolio groups evolve as the concerns and priorities develop within the JMOFQ. Currently, the Portfolios include:
• JMOF Publications
• The Australian Curriculum Framework for Junior Doctors (ACFJD)
• International Medical Graduates (IMG)
• National Forum and Liaison
• Intern Wellbeing
Please note that PMCQ's remit does not include the recruitment of Medical Staff.
